1. What Eavesdrop is
Eavesdrop is an entertainment platform that generates AI-produced audio debates. Every voice, opinion, joke, insult and “fact” you hear is machine-generated.
2. 18+ only — explicit content
You must be 18 or older to use Eavesdrop. Content can include strong profanity, sexual references, dark humor, aggressive interruptions, mock arguments, and exaggerated personas.
3. Satire, parody, opinion — not fact, not advice
Everything on Eavesdrop is entertainment only. It is not journalism, not reporting, and not a statement of fact. Nothing you hear is professional advice of any kind — do not rely on it for financial, legal, medical, or any other decisions.
4. Real people, brands and institutions
Any reference to public figures, brands, or institutions is commentary and parody. We do not present anything said about a real person or organisation as a factual statement about them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service while under 18;
- republish generated audio as if it were genuine speech;
- harass or target individuals;
- submit requests for illegal content;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to break the service.
6. User-submitted topics
When you submit a topic, you grant Eavesdrop a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to generate and display the resulting content.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI output can be wrong, biased, offensive, internally inconsistent, or coincidentally resemble real statements. We apply safeguards, but we can’t guarantee accuracy or appropriateness.
8. No warranty · limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the greater of the amounts you have paid us or USD 50.
9. Takedown · contact
For takedown requests or any questions about these terms, contact info@tryeavesdrop.ai.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
